Viewing Invoices for Insurance and Benefit Coverages in MyEnroll.com

BAS offers location billing services for employers with multiple locations.  Location billing helps an employer bill and collect payments for insurance and other benefits coverages from the employer’s various locations.  Copies of invoices sent to locations are available any time, in different viewing options, through MyEnroll.com.  
 
Using the billing module, administrators can view PDF versions of all current and past invoices. Among its other features, the billing module provides a detailed look at individual employees’ coverages and premiums for each location. Any billing detail set can be exported to Microsoft Excel directly from MyEnroll.com.
 
Furthermore, organizations may grant non-administrators, such as accountants, access to this data. These third-parties or non-administrators will only have access to the billing module and will not have access to the other MyEnroll.com modules that reveal employees’ PII and PHI.
