MyEnroll.com will deny users access when they fail to successfully log on after three consecutive attempts from any number of computers/devices within 10 consecutive minutes.  This is in accordance with the National Institute of Standards and Technology Series 800 guidance.

Employee users’ locked account access will reset after 10 minutes, automatically.  Administrators can unlock their accounts only by calling the BAS client services center and identifying themselves properly.

These best-practices security are designed to prevent hacking of user logon credentials, including automated programs that employ repetitive logon attempts to access private sites.
