Termination Controls in MyEnroll360

At times, an employer may want to limit the ability of administrators to terminate employees and/or employees’ coverages within MyEnroll360. For example, an employer may want only specific administrators to be able to terminate an executive’s benefits.

BAS allows an administrator’s MyEnroll360 account to be configured with controls on termination rights for employees of specific accounts.

If this is the desire, MyEnroll360 can apply a termination control feature to the executive class at each employer location. Then, administrators who are permitted to make the executive terminations would be assigned a new role for “Client Administrators – Special Employee Termination Role.”

Employers may find the termination role a benefit to keeping control over records.
