MyEnroll360 is a “rules-based” system ensuring that each employee sees only their available plans, rates and options.

MyEnroll360 benefits administration and enrollment supports different enrollment experiences based on eligibility group (class code), plan rules, rate calculations and benefit plans.

Master & Location Accounts – First, a "Master Account" with a 3-segment account number is set up in MyEnroll360. The first segment is the main account and the second segment is each location within the organization. An optional third segment may be used to further delineate a location into multiple entities.

The Master Account is used to set up employee classifications, benefit plans, eligibility rules, rates and premium formulas. Once the Master Account is created, it is copied down to each sub location, which may be configured further.

Processing Year (Plan Year). Within MyEnroll360, the Processing Year establishes a 12-month (or shorter) period for each benefits plan. MyEnroll can even manage two plan years simultaneously, allowing for a transition from year to year.

MyEnroll360 programming logic understands how to apply changes made in the current plan year to the next plan year if such next plan year is open. In the system, employees can be making new hire and mid-year life event enrollments while also making new plan year elections. Everything is synchronized to ensure that current year elections are carried into the new plan year. This also enables new plan year elections to be retroactively applied (e.g., a new hire is added in January for the prior December effective date).

Class Code is another key element in MyEnroll360 that enables employers to maintain highly granular benefit plans across thousands of employees. First, the Master Account is set up with the full array of known employee classes. Assigned Class Codes categorize ensure that when employees access MyEnroll360, the system knows exactly how to present the benefit plan options and rates/premiums and how to apply eligibility and processing rules.

MyEnroll360’s Account Number, Processing Year and Class Code combinations are used to manage benefit plan designs across all locations and enable employers to have highly specific benefit plan options apply as needed to each employee individually.
