One of the benefits of MyEnroll to participant employees is that MyEnroll.com is available 24/7 from any Internet connection. At any time, employees can log into MyEnroll and access important information, such as plan documents, FSA plan balances, and enrollment information.

Administrators also have access to MyEnroll.com at any time. However, employer administrators typically do not need to obtain employee information outside of the regular working hours. Recognizing that all-hours access to the sensitive employee information stored in MyEnroll.com may not be necessary for all client administrators, MyEnroll.com allows scheduled control to system access.

Certain accounts can set up limited administrator access. If your account is configured for this option, you can choose "Setup Access Schedule" under the Utilities section of the left menu bar once logged in as an administrator in MyEnroll.com. Select the appropriate account and administrator, and then identify the times during which the administrator should have access. Scheduling can be set day by day in 15-minute increments, or a quick setup allows access 24/7, 24/5 or 12/5 (7am-7pm weekly). Limiting administrator access does not impact the employee experience of being able to log into MyEnroll any time, 24/7.

This welcomed feature allows clients to be in control of administrators' ability to obtain sensitive employee data off-hours. If you have questions about the Administrator Access Schedule, or would like to add this feature, please call your account manager or email info@BASusa.com.
