Self-Service Reporting with the MyEnroll.com Report Generator

BAS provides administrators with a variety of insightful reports through the MyEnroll.com Report Generator.  With the Report Generator, client administrators can produce standard self-service reports quickly and at any time.

The standard reports were developed based on client requests over the past several years.  They are grouped into categories in MyEnroll.com, making it easy to locate the desired report.     

Examples of available standard reports include:

  • Census Reports – Active Employees with Active Dependents
  • Coverage Reports – Coverage Report by Division
  • Dependent Reports – Dependents Over Age 19
  • Open Enrollment Reports – Employee Open Enrollment Progress Report
  • New Hire Reports – Newly Hired Employees Electing Coverage

Administrators can access the Report Generator by logging onto MyEnroll.com and clicking on the Report Generator link in the left-hand menu.  All standard reports can be viewed online or exported to Excel.
