Q.- Do we have to give a Form 1095-C to our new full-time employees when they are hired?

A.- No. The Form 1095-C is provided once a year to full-time employees and those covered under a health plan to document coverage during the prior tax year. The Form is not provided upon hire. You may have to give new employees a Marketplace Notice upon hire which provides information about employer-provided health coverage and explains the option to buy coverage through the Health Insurance Marketplace.
