Q.- We have an employee who is enrolled in Medicare and is participating in our health FSA. Can he be reimbursed from the Health FSA for his Medicare premiums?
A.- No. Health insurance premiums, including premiums for Medicare, are not eligible for reimbursement from a health flexible spending account plan.
