Q.- May we offer a carryover provision in our Dependent Care FSA like we do for our Health Care FSA?
A.- No. The rules relating to carryovers apply only to health flexible spending account plans. A Dependent Care FSA is permitted to offer a grace period for incurring claims, but not a carryover.
