Q.- Can an employee be reimbursed for the cost of a general day camp through his dependent day care FSA?

A.- Yes. The cost of a day camp to care for a child under age 13 may be an employment-related expense eligible for reimbursement from an FSA, even if the day camp specializes in a particular activity (e.g., tennis or computers). The cost of overnight camp is not an eligible dependent day care FSA expense.
