Q.- Can we send our 1095-C forms electronically or do they have to be mailed?
A.- You can send them electronically if the employee affirmatively consents to receive the statement in electronic format. The employee’s consent may be on paper or electronic. If the consent is on paper, the individual must confirm the consent electronically.
