Q.- We have a full-time employee who works for two different employers with different Employer Identification Numbers within our controlled group. How do we handle his ACA reporting?

A.-  If a full-time employee works for more than one member of the same ALE group, and if each member has a different EIN, the employee should receive a Form 1095-C from each employer in the group. For any calendar month in which the full-time employee works for more than one ALE member, only one of the ALE members is treated as the employer for reporting purposes for the month (generally the employer for which the person worked the greatest number of hours).
