Q.-  Do we have to send a Medicare Part D Notice of Creditable Coverage to our COBRA participants? 

A.- Yes.  The Medicare Part D Notice of Creditable Coverage has to be sent to Medicare eligible individuals who are continuing coverage under COBRA.
