It may be necessary for your IT department to “whitelist” our sending IP address and/or domain name, so that emails from BAS on behalf of RetaEnroll are not quarantined or marked as SPAM.
Please provide the following information to your IT department or email administrator, in order to whitelist email from BAS' email systems:
- Sending IP address: 213.32.184.44
- Sending domain name: reta-trust.org
