MyEnroll360 supports communications with administrators and employees. BAS' integrated knowledge-base empowers clients to develop their own "how to articles" that can be set up specifically for administrators or only for employees.

Login "Interrupter Pages" provide controlled presentation of messages to employees and administrators after they log in but before they fully enter the system for use. Any number of messages can be written and may be displayed immediately or queued up for future dates. Messages can include display begin and end dates and be set to reach one or more locations, administrators-only, employees-only, or administrators and employees. All messages are retained in the message archive for 24/7 access. For employers who want a more detailed message, BAS provides a video-based training Interrupter Page. Through this page, training videos can be queued up and presented to administrators and employees. Users cannot circumvent watching these videos; therefore, the video-based training Interrupter Page requires (1) the full playing of each listed video and (2) the user e-sign that they have watched the videos. Once all the videos have been played and e-signed, the user may exit the Interrupter Page and continue logging in.

Tip-of-the-Day ("TOD") service allows employers to write and queue up messages for similar to the Interrupter Page messaging described above. However, the TOD presents its messages to users when the user logs in and arrives at their home page. The message displays as a window that cannot be closed (thus users can't circumvent the messages) until the user reads all the message. TODs may include multiple-messages and these messages can have overlapping display begin and end dates.

Mass Email Manager ("MEM") is a robust application for creating mass email communications, based on highly granular audience-selection options.

The MEM is a wizard-guided application that steps master administrators through the process of selecting an email template, selecting pre-written content or drafting original content, selecting content from their history of prior emails, or choosing from content the administrator has saved as a "Content Template." The MEM supports sending the email to administrators or employees, to one or more locations, to one or more employee classes, or to specific benefit plan enrollees. Electronic documents (e.g., PDFs, Word, Excel) may be attached to the emails. Further, the MEM allows the user to test emails and save a graphic/design to a template for future reuse.
