MyEnroll360 offers a benefits plan decision tool to help employees make informed decisions about benefits.
Employees answer a set of specific questions in MyEnroll360 about their benefits use and issues of importance. The decision tool funnels the answers through complex algorithms comparing the answers against normative data from millions of claimants. The result is that the best option, from among the plans offered by the employer, is presented to the employee.
Employees’ answers to the questions are not stored in MyEnroll360 and are not accessible to the employer client. The information is used solely to present the best plan option based on the employee’s input. The MyEnroll360 decision tool may be provided on a stand-alone basis or may be seamlessly integrated into the open enrollment process.
