Login Interrupter Messaging
MyEnroll Interrupter Messaging provides an isolated web page presented during a user login to display client-specific messaging and content. An Interrupter Page can include text, PowerPoints, links to 3rd party sites, employee e-signature to confirm understanding of the content, and videos.
Library Content
The MyEnroll Library is an online repository for organizing and presenting content (e.g., documents, links to 3rd party web-based content, videos, and more) to administrators and employees. The Library can be segmented by user type (e.g., administrators, employees) and client location, so that users only have access to the content specific to their needs.
Enrollment Wizard Content
The MyEnroll Enrollment Wizard offers several ways to present educational content to users including:
- Welcome Page– The first page a user sees during the enrollment process which is a customizable page that may be used to message users.
- Instruction Page – The second page a user sees during the enrollment process is also customizable.
- Enrollment Pages – Each enrollment page (e.g., medical, dental, vision, FSA, etc.) includes top-of-page, customizable instructions.
Enrollment Wizard Custom Pages
Enrollment Wizard Custom Pages provide employers with a way to enhance the Enrollment Wizard with custom messaging and enrollment tools.
Benefit Plan Decision Tools
MyEnroll can support the integration of enrollment decision tools beyond the inclusion of these tools in the Enrollment Wizard. Such integration can add the decision tools to the user’s profile pages for quick access outside of the Enrollment Wizard and regardless if the user is an open enrollment period or not.
