MyEnroll Communicates Changes to Employee Benefit Elections

It is important for employers to stay up-to-date on employees’ benefit elections to ensure accurate billing. MyEnroll helps employers track changes to employees’ elections by supporting a variety of timely communications: 

  • Data feeds – BAS can provide data feeds for updating an employer’s payroll and/or HR system. These data feeds are provided on an ongoing basis so that systems are always current.
  • Reports – BAS offers automated reports detailing changes. These reports are generated based on an employer’s preferred schedule and are accessible in MyEnroll.com. 
  • Online data detail – The online data detail provides an online listing in MyEnroll of all changes.  Changes are grouped by insurance carrier so that all changes related to a specific carrier are easily identified.
