Monthly COBRA Reports

Through BAS’ affiliated company, Cobra Control Services, LLC (CCS), BAS provides easy and efficient administration of COBRA and state continuation coverage. Part of this administration includes monthly emails with reports summarizing COBRA use.

On the first of the month, CCS sends two emails.

  1. The first email is a consolidated breakdown of COBRA activity for the organization. This information coincides with the as-needed emails containing PDFs of qualifying event letters, end of 60-day election periods, and termination of coverage letters.
  2. The second email is a COBRA Continuants Coverage Summary. This is used by an employer to verify that the COBRA continuants are listed on the employer's insurance bill. This report should also be reviewed to confirm that CCS is billing continuants the proper premium amounts. 

Reports are archived online in MyEnroll.com and can be accessed at any time. To view reports online, log onto www.MyEnroll.com with your administrator user ID and password. Click on the COBRA tab, then click on “Archived COBRA Participant Reports” in the left-hand menu. Click the report you want, then use the dropdown menu to choose the year of reports you wish to view.

Employers who receive a COBRA remittance check during the month will also receive an email from CCS identifying the breakdown of the check.
