MyEnroll360 login requires Multi-Factor Authentication consistent with security best-practices.

Multi-Factor Authentication (“MFA,” also known as 2-Factor Authentication or “2FA”) is initiated upon logging into MyEnroll360. Upon launch of MyEnroll360, all users (administrators and employees) are required to set up MFA options to get access to the system.

In addition to voice, SMS, and Microsoft Authenticator, verified email address is now an option for users to receive MFA login codes. An employee’s verified email address may be a work or personal email shown as “verified" on the MyEnroll360 profile page. An administrator or broker’s verified email address is the single address displayed on the profile page.

This email option is a good choice for users who do not have a mobile device or who don’t want to use their mobile device for business purposes. It may also be desirable for users who travel and are unable to access SMS while in airplanes or locations without SMS access.

After initial MFA setup, users are able to modify their MFA selections by logging into MyEnroll360 and choosing the Personal Settings option from the User Settings menu that appears when a user places their mouse over (or touches on a touch screen) their image placeholder on the right side of the website.
