MyEnroll.com offers employers who have engaged BAS for health care reform (ACA) data collection and reporting services the ability to generate a report known as “Look Back Results”. The report identifies employees average hours worked based on the hours entered for that employee and the Measurement Period selected to determine whether or not an employee is considered full time for ACA purposes.  The lookback application within the MyEnroll.com compliance module is particularly helpful for employers to determine who does and does not need to be offered benefits to comply with health care reform.

To view the report, log into MyEnroll.com with your administrator user ID and password. After you have logged in, click on the “Compliance” tab. Once all employee data has been entered and your Measurement Period has concluded, you will be able to click on “Look Back Results” in the left toolbar. A report will be generated with a listing of your employees that will indicate whether or not an employee is considered full time and should be offered benefits for the upcoming stability period.

Reports are in grid-viewable format and can be exportable to Excel. An employer’s administrators who are set up with roles to access the compliance tab data can view these reports.
