BAS offers a resource that identifies expenses eligible for reimbursement from a flexible spending account plan. In order to maintain its tax-favored status, a health care FSA may only reimburse expenses for medical care and a dependent day care FSA may only reimburse certain dependent care expenses.

BAS has an easy-to navigate eligible expense table accessible in MyEnroll.com. This table identifies expenses that are typically eligible for reimbursement from a flexible spending account plan and is a great tool for determining if a charge will be considered eligible for reimbursement, if properly substantiated.

Simply log into MyEnroll.com and access the FSA Balance & History Link on the left side of the employee home page. Under the Resource tab, scroll down the find the Eligible Expenses Table selection. Click on the link to access a spreadsheet or typically reimbursable charges.

Employees find this a useful tool as part of navigating the FSA reimbursement process.
