FSA Claim Submission

BAS provides three submission options for flexible spending account (FSA) and health reimbursement account (HRA) participants.

  1. Employees can submit their reimbursement requests online, from their own computer;
  2. Employees can send their claim forms and documentation by U.S. Mail;
  3. Employees can send their claim forms and documentation by fax.

To make the claim submission process faster and more secure, BAS encourages participants to submit their reimbursement requests online. The process is easy and to get started a participant will visit www.MyEnroll.com and enter their username and password. Once logged in, the participant will be brought to their home page where they can click on "Enter FSA Claims Online” under the “Flex Spending Accts” section to begin the claim submission process.   

BAS has created user guides and videos with step-by-step instructions to help employees submit their FSA and HRA claims online. To access these, visit www.FSA-central.com.  

To send reimbursement requests by U.S. Mail, please make sure all claim form(s) and proper documentation is included and mail to P.O. Box 62407, King of Prussia, PA 19406. To fax reimbursement requests, fax to 1.888.265.2144.
