Users who complete Open Enrollment in the MyEnroll system must electronically consent to the chosen benefit selections. The electronic consent, also known as an e-signature, is captured and stored in the MyEnroll system. Administrators can view these e-signatures at any time. This feature is helpful if in case there are questions regarding an employee’s benefits enrollment.

To access the signature history, first, log on to your MyEnroll account using your username and password. Navigate to the page by Employee tab > Tools subheading > View Signature History. Viewing the documents on this page will require that you disable your web browser’s pop up blockers.

Once on the page, the selected employee’s summary of benefit elections organized by plan year will be available for viewing. Each document will include the employee’s signature and the date and time of acceptance.

Contact your Account Manager or email Solutions@BASusa.com to learn more about accessing employee signature histories.
