BAS offers in-house direct billing services integrated with the MyEnroll360 enrollment and eligibility platform. Employers use BAS to customize billing programs to their internal policies. BAS has the flexibility to either configure the existing MyEnroll360 billing module or create a new application to meet employer needs.
Direct billing services include communications sent to participants. A welcome letter, coupons, dunning notices, short pay notices and termination for non-payment communications are included in the program. All notices can be tailored to an employer’s communication preferences.
Direct bill participants have two payment options: paper check mailed by USPS to BAS’ lockbox or a banking institution’s electronic check issuance service.
Employer administrators have access to view participant billing/payment history and communications sent to the employees. BAS can work with file imports to trigger billing and coupon communications.
