BAS’ Cobra Control Services keeps in touch with employers and administrators throughout the COBRA process.

On the first of the month, CCS sends two emails.  The first email is a consolidated breakdown of COBRA activity for the group.  This information will coincide with the as-needed emails containing PDFs of qualifying event letters, end of 60-day election periods, and termination of coverage letters.  The second email is a COBRA Continuants Coverage Summary, which is used to verify that the COBRA continuants are listed on the group’s insurance bill.  This report can also be used to verify that CCS is billing your continuants the proper premium amounts.

If a group received a check during the month (generally issued on or about the 15th of the month), the group will also receive an email from CCS identifying the breakdown of the check.

Questions about COBRA correspondence can be addressed to your account representative or info@CobraControl.com.
