BAS helps employers review life event requests to determine if a mid-year change can be made under the plan.

BAS’ Life Event Module makes the entry and completion of life events easy. The module allows for unique employer set up which provides the basis for evaluating mid-year life event change requests. The process for submitting a life event includes a listing of different event type choices, as well as gives employees a clearer understanding of the effective date for benefits.
