BAS ACA Services and 1095 Form Retrieval

BAS’ ACA services can help employers comply with their data collection and reporting obligations under the Affordable Care Act. Through MyEnroll’s Administration and Compliance module, employers can record employee hours, identify offers of coverage and provide demographic information. BAS will use the data in MyEnroll to prepare the required 1095-B/C Forms and furnish the form(s) to individuals. BAS will also transmit the required filings to the IRS on the employer’s behalf.

A copy of each 1095 Form furnished is maintained in MyEnroll and may be accessed at any time, 24/7. To view or print a copy of an ACA form, log into MyEnroll using your administrator username and password. Hover over the "Employees" tab at the top of the page and click on “ACA & Tax Forms” which is listed under the "Employee" section. Filter by plan year to view the applicable 1095 forms in PDF format. The form(s) may be downloaded or printed.

Employees may also access a copy of their ACA forms by logging into MyEnroll from their personal account.
