Benefit Allocation Systems will soon be sending a communication to employers with Affordable Care Act data collection and reporting services with important information about the steps that need to be followed in order for BAS to successfully distribute 1095 forms. Please be sure to read through the entire communication as it contains important information for satisfying your organization’s ACA reporting requirements.
When it is time to review 1095-C forms, master administrators should take the following actions:
- Login toMyEnroll360 to access the Employee Setup Data Approval Application.
You can also access this application by clicking Employee Setup Data Approval found in the Compliance tab within MyEnroll360 - Review the 1095-C Forms by clicking View within the "View C Form" column.
If you want to make a change to an Employee record, click the Employee's name to open an "edit" window that will allow you to make changes to the record. Master Administrators can edit an Employee's demographic information and change the values in Lines 14, 15, and 16. Location administrators can only update demographic information. After you update the record, click Save Changes - Once you finish reviewing an Employee's record, you can preview the form while you're in the edit window by clicking Preview Form at the top of the window.
If you are satisfied with the form, click Approve and Close. This will lock the Employee's record from further changes. - If you're satisfied with all the Completed Employee Forms, click Approve All Completed. This will lock all Completed records from further changes
