Enrollment and Termination Controls May Be Customized in MyEnroll.com

MyEnroll.com may be customized to accommodate an employer’s unique eligibility and termination rules. These controls allow easy administration for employers who apply different enrollment or termination processes to different classes of employees.

Some employers effectuate coverage on the first day of employment, while other employers make coverage effective on the first day of a month or on another set date in the month. Upon termination of employment, some employers allow coverage to continue to the end of the month in which the termination date occurs, while others terminate coverage coincident with the last day worked.

MyEnroll can capture an employer’s unique termination and enrollment rules. The parameters may be set across all employees or on a class-by-class basis.

For employers who use BAS’ electronic data interchange capabilities with their insurance carriers, adds and terms can be seamlessly communicated in accordance with established plan protocols. It can also be coordinated with COBRA qualifying event letter distribution through Cobra Control Services, LLC.
