MyEnroll.com contains a Benefit Statement module to assist both employers and employees with monitoring employee benefit participation. The Benefit Statement module provides administrators and employees with access to benefit eligible employees’ benefits statements for each plan year in which an employee participated in the employer’s benefit plans. The module can capture information for both active and inactive employees. Additionally, benefit statements are available for current and former COBRA continuants.
The benefit statements are real-time summaries of current benefit plan enrollment status, as of the moment the user requests to generate a benefits statement.
MyEnroll.com may offer more than one type of benefit statement to facilitate providing different types of benefit plan enrollment summary information.
