Employers should pay attention when transmitting employee personal information over the internet. BAS makes it easy to afford the highest level of privacy and security to information employers need to share with BAS.

Employers and other third parties such as brokers may upload information in the MyEnroll system through the Secure File menu item.

The data may be accessed in a secure manner by BAS, by other administrators at the employer, and/or by brokers who have authority to access the account. The information may be retrieved by logging into the MyEnroll.com SSL protected website with appropriate user-id and password.

The process of uploading a secure file is as simple as selecting the individuals who will receive the file from the available list, attaching the file, and adding a subject or brief message about the file. The recipients will receive an email from MyEnroll.com notifying them that they have been sent a Secure File and instructing them to log on to MyEnroll.com to retrieve the file from the Administrator menu.
