New Notes Program in MyEnroll.com Version 6.0

The newly released MyEnroll version 6.0 contains many enhancements to the user experience. One of these enhancements is a completely overhauled administrator Notes Application. The new application providers for the collection of more standardized data for use in searching and reviewing notes. The new version also offers quick access to important employee information such as coverage listings, notes history and support contacts, without the administrator having to leave the notes application page.

The notes tab automatically saves data, and offers a new "follow up" tab providing access for creating date/time sensitive tasks that may be assigned to the user or other authorized administrators. Notes history is available, as is easy access to selected coverages.
