Many easy-to-use features are captured in the new version of MyEnroll.com. The new button bar contains the following important function buttons.

  • Select Employee Button. Click this button to open the Employee Search application. Previously, this link was positioned in the left menu and on the links bar above the Content Area.
  • Select Administrator Button. This button will only appear if you are a Value Added Reseller using the MyEnroll.com system for your clients. If so, this will open an administrator search that you can use to verify client administrators calling into your call center and, if necessary, assist them with unlocking their accounts resulting from an excessive number of log in attempts or too long a period between log ins.
  • Notes Button. This button will open the Notes application that you may use to keep notes associated with employees’ accounts. When the notes program opens, the left menu will disappear. However there is a blue button that will appear titled "Return to Template" that you can use to toggle between your current application in the content area of the template and your note.
  • Notes History Button. This button will open the Notes History for the selected employee. However, once open, you will be able to search on additional employees to reveal those employees’ notes. Like the Notes application, the Notes History application opens by hiding the left menu and Content Area. By clicking the blue Hide Notes History button, you can toggle between displaying the left menu and Content Area and your Notes History application.
  • Processing Year Selector. MyEnroll.com tracks employee benefits plan information within 12-month accounting periods. These periods coincide with each organization’s specific cafeteria plan rules. By tracking benefit plans in this manner, MyEnroll.com is able to provide current and new plan year enrollments simultaneously and seamlessly. Additionally, tracking benefits plan data within Processing Years, enables MyEnroll.com to retain and present data from current and prior plan years.
