Access to COBRA Notices

MyEnroll.com provides COBRA administrators 24/7 access to COBRA correspondence sent to employees, former employees and COBRA beneficiaries. All COBRA correspondence is organized in one central location and provides employers an easily accessible avenue for maintaining information for COBRA compliance purposes.

To access COBRA documents sent on behalf of your plan, log onto www.MyEnroll.com and click on COBRA Administration. Under the COBRA Menu, select Participant Account Details. This webpage provides a list of all employees who are actively on COBRA. Through the drop down menu, an administrator can also select all individuals who are in their election period. You will see a list of all documents sent to any employee – qualifying event letter, election notice, first payment notice, coupons, termination notices, etc.

Alternatively, an administrator can select the Report Generator upon initial log in to MyEnroll.com. By selecting Filter Report Group, an administrator can choose COBRA reports through the drop down menu. This webpage provides a list of COBRA reports that may be printed by client.
