New Account Set Up Program

BAS’ Cobra Control Services, LLC provides a quick and easy way for brokers to set up a new employer account through MyEnroll.com. Simply log into MyEnroll.com with your reseller user ID and password. Then, click on “Add new COBRA and/or FSA account.”

You may wish to notify your client before you set up a new employer for services. After you complete your portion of the new employer setup, CCS emails a services contract to the employer administrator identified in the system. The employer representative must sign the services agreement electronically before CCS will begin to provide COBRA administrative services.

After the client signs the contract, the account is fully implemented. You and your client will have access to CCS’ online COBRA administration solution through MyEnroll.com which provides best-practices processes and reliability to help the employer comply with Federal COBRA and/or state continuation regulations. Services include, but are not limited to Initial Rights Notice, Qualifying Event Notice, premium collection services, and reporting services. Key features include bar coded documents for printing and mailing confirmation reconciliation, all document instantly imaged for document archival with images retained online for seven years and offline indefinitely, and 24/7 access to MyEnroll for resellers and employers.
