A personalized enrollment form can be generated through MyEnroll.com when a new employee is entered into the MyEnroll system. The New Hire wizard guides the client administrator through the process of entering information for the newly hired employee, including employee name, gender, address, date of hire, and benefit coverage options.

At the end of the new hire wizard, an administrator is given the opportunity to generate an "enrollment kit" for the employee. If an administrator desires, an enrollment form is generated and automatically sent to the administrator.

An enrollment form generated through the MyEnroll.com New Hire wizard will be sent to the requesting administrator in an encrypted format. The administrator will receive a message that MyEnroll Services sent an encrypted email. The administrator must log into Cisco's secure server, using the link in the email, to access the form. After an administrator first sets up a Cisco account, accessing future secure emails is quick and easy.

If you have any questions about enrollment forms or accessing a Cisco secure email or about generating a personalized enrollment form, please contact your account manager or info@BASusa.com.
