As part of BAS’s commitment to continuous improvement, we are enhancing the process for retrieving User IDs and Passwords for MyEnroll.com. We still offer two ways for users to obtain their User IDs and Password: 1) view online (only available for employee logons) or 2) obtain via email. Now, each time a password is requested from MyEnroll, we will ask the user to authenticate their identity and then provide a temporary password, which will need to be reset upon logging in to MyEnroll.com.

View On-line

If employee users choose to obtain their passwords online, the password will only be on screen for 45 seconds. This helps to prevent accidental disclosure of your logon credentials due to passersby and multiple users on a single computer. In addition, the temporary password will only be valid in MyEnroll for 12 hours. This time frame allows the user time to update his or her MyEnroll record if the user is interrupted and must return to complete the request.

Email

Client Administrators must use the email option to retrieve their User ID and/or Password. Again, for security of the account, the email will contain a temporary password, which will need to be changed upon the next logon to MyEnroll. Like the “View on-line” option, the temporary password will only be valid for 12 hours.

If you have any questions, or need assistance with your log on, please contact your Account Manager, or contact us at 800-945-5513 or Service@BASusa.com.
