A professional development or continuing education program can be a valuable employee retention tool, allowing companies to reinvest in their staff and build employee loyalty. It can also be an administrative challenge as well as a potentially expensive benefit program if results are not measured.

BAS offers a Professional Learning Account (PLA) module through which employers can monitor and report on employee utilization; analyze annual, quarterly, division or department level budgets; and/or trend training needs and interests. Employees can use MyEnroll.com from any location 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to make professional learning training requests online and upload supporting documentation, as needed. Supervisors approve the PLA requests through MyEnroll.com, and the employee and administrator are both notified that the training is approved for payment. Customizable email communications at every milestone make the process transparent for employees and administrators alike.

For more information about the Professional Learning Account (PLA) module, please contact your account manager or email sales@BASusa.com.
