Q.- Our health plans are not changing this year. Do we have to offer an open enrollment?

A.- If your employees pay for benefits on a pre-tax basis through a cafeteria plan, you must give them the opportunity to change their elections once every 12 months. This is accomplished through the annual open enrollment.
