Q.- Is there a penalty if we don’t distribute Forms 1095-C to our full-time employees by the due date?

A.- Yes. The reporting penalties are steep for providing late or incorrect Forms 1095-C to employees. There are also penalties for failing to transmit information to the IRS. It is important to comply with your ACA reporting obligations.
