Simplify ACA Reporting with Our Affordable and Accurate Solution

Employers who use Benefit Allocation Systems for Affordable Care Act (ACA/Health Care Reform) data collection and reporting should pay close attention to upcoming compliance dates.  As the tax year comes to a close, please remember timeframes for your 2024 form distribution and IRS reporting.

  1. In order for BAS to prepare and distribute the required ACA forms for your organization, it is important that you access your MyEnroll360 account and review your account’s information as soon as possible. To do so, select Account Data Review and Approval from the Compliance menu, then click on each tab to verify that all of the information is correct. This review must be complete by December 13, 2024.
  2. Please also check the potential ACA Data Issues for your organization. To do this, go to the Compliance menu and select ACA Central. This will produce a page highlighting some possible ACA data issues within your organization. All data updates for 2024 must be completed by December 13, 2024.
  3. Also, please be sure that all relevant employee updates for the 2024 calendar year (i.e., add new hires, terminate employee records, update coverages, enter hours) are finalized in MyEnroll360 by December 31, 2024.
