Q.- Can employees still use their health FSAs to get reimbursed for the cost of masks and hand sanitizer?

A.- Yes. Amounts paid for personal protective equipment including as masks, hand sanitizer, and sanitizing wipes are deductible medical expenses under Section 213(d) of the Internal Revenue Code.
