Control is critical when managing employee terminations and coverage adjustments. MyEnroll360 empowers employers to exercise precise control over terminations and benefit changes, ensuring that only designated administrators have the authority to make critical adjustments to employee data.

Why Termination Controls Matter

There are situations where an employer may wish to limit which administrators can process terminations within the MyEnroll360 platform. This need can arise for various reasons—such as reserving the authority to terminate benefits for high-ranking executives to a select group of authorized personnel only.

BAS recognizes the importance of this kind of nuanced access control. To address it, MyEnroll360 offers a termination control feature that can be tailored to meet the specific requirements of different employer accounts. For example, if an employer wants to restrict the termination of benefits for their executive class employees, this can be efficiently implemented within the system.

How It Works

MyEnroll360 enables employers to apply a termination control feature at the class level for each employer location. This means that only administrators explicitly permitted to handle a particular class of employee terminations will be able to do so. To facilitate this, authorized administrators are assigned a unique role: Client Administrators – Special Employee Termination Role.

This configuration ensures that critical decisions about executive-level employee terminations are made only by authorized personnel, reducing the risk of unauthorized or inadvertent changes to sensitive records.

Benefits for HR and Benefits Teams

Employers stand to benefit significantly from this added layer of access control. It allows for more streamlined record-keeping and ensures that high-stakes decisions are reviewed and processed only by those with the appropriate authorization level.

In the dynamic landscape of HR and benefits administration, having tools that grant precise control while simplifying complex processes can be a meaningful advantage. MyEnroll360’s termination access controls provide employers with confidence that sensitive personnel actions are handled consistently and securely.
