BAS supports the DFMC community and its members with benefits administration solutions designed to make managing employee benefits easier and more efficient.
Benefit Allocation Systems (BAS) was pleased to attend the 2026 Diocesan Fiscal Management Conference (DFMC) Annual Meeting, held September 27-30 in Louisville, Kentucky.
The annual conference brings together fiscal and administrative leaders from archdioceses, dioceses, and eparchies throughout the Catholic Church for professional development, collaboration, and the exchange of ideas. The conference provided BAS with an opportunity to connect with DFMC members and learn more about the administrative challenges facing Catholic organizations.
Dioceses can have particularly complex benefits administration needs. Benefits may need to be administered for employees working across diocesan offices, parishes, schools, and other affiliated organizations. These groups may have different employee populations, eligibility requirements, billing arrangements, and administrative responsibilities.
BAS understands the importance of providing benefits administration that can accommodate these organizational structures while giving employees and administrators a consistent experience.
Through MyEnroll360, BAS supports benefits enrollment and eligibility, billing, COBRA, FSA and HRA administration, reporting, and other benefit functions within a connected administrative environment.
For organizations administering benefits across multiple locations or participating groups, access to accurate information is essential.
MyEnroll360 provides centralized access to benefits information and reporting, helping administrators monitor enrollment, eligibility, coverage, billing, and other administrative activity. Reporting can also help organizations review information across participating groups without relying on separate spreadsheets and disconnected systems.
This combination of centralized technology and administrative support can be especially valuable for organizations managing benefits across numerous locations and employee populations.
Successful benefits administration requires more than technology. Employees have questions, eligibility changes occur throughout the year, billing needs to be reconciled, and unexpected situations require attention.
BAS combines its proprietary MyEnroll360 technology with experienced administrative and customer service support. This approach allows organizations to maintain visibility and oversight of their benefit programs while BAS assists with the ongoing administrative work.
BAS appreciated the opportunity to participate in this year’s DFMC Annual Meeting and connect with professionals responsible for the financial and administrative operations of Catholic organizations.
The conversations and connections made in Louisville reinforced the importance of flexible technology, reliable administrative support, and access to meaningful benefits information for organizations managing increasingly complex benefit programs.
BAS looks forward to continuing to support the DFMC community and its members with benefits administration solutions designed to make managing employee benefits easier and more efficient.
