Q.- Do we have to keep track of PTO hours for determining if an employee is a full-time for ACA purposes?

A.- Yes. Vacation hours (PTO hours) are considered “hours worked” for determining if an employee has 30 hours a week/130 hours a month to be a full-time employee for ACA.
