Employers with ACA data collection and reporting services with BAS should have received an email with instructions for reviewing and approving 1095-C forms for 2019.
Administrators should follow the steps outlined below in order for BAS to distribute 1095 Forms for employees.
Once you finish reviewing an Employee's record, you can preview the form while you're in the edit window by clicking Preview Form at the top of the window. If you are satisfied with the form, click Approve and Close. This will lock the Employee's record from further changes.
If you're satisfied with all the Completed Employee Forms, click Approve All Completed. This will lock all Completed records from further changes
Important Review Timing
The review of 1095-C Forms must be completed by January 22, 2020. BAS will assume you have completed the review of your forms by January 22, 2020 and distribution will begin on or about January 23, 2020 (whether or not you have clicked the Approve button). If you require additional time and cannot have your review completed by January 22, you must notify BAS on or before January 22, 2020 so that we can reschedule your form distribution.
