Q.- What states require Affordable Care Act filing in addition to the federal requirements?

A.- A few states have ACA filing requirements in addition to the federal 1095/1094 forms. These dates include:

  • California
  • New Jersey
  • Rhode Island
  • Washington, DC

If you are an employer in these states or have employees in these states, you should pay attention to state ACA requirements.
