Recently, BAS began using a new email address to issue User IDs, passwords, and other emails to users of MyEnroll.com. To ensure timely delivery of these important emails to your employees, it is important that your email system recognizes this new address as trusted and valid.
It may be necessary for your IT department to “whitelist” our sending IP address and/or domain name, so that emails from BAS are not quarantined or marked as SPAM.
Please provide the following information to your IT department or email administrator, in order to whitelist email from BAS' email systems:
- Sending IP address: 213.32.183.201
- Sending domain name: myenroll.com
