Educational Exception Module in MyEnroll.com

Written by BAS | Nov 12, 2015 2:22:10 PM

MyEnroll.com offers employers who have engaged BAS for health care reform data collection and reporting services the ability to add an Educational Exception for their employees. The Educational Exception application within the MyEnroll.com compliance module is particularly helpful for employers with schoolteachers and teachers aides to add the beginning and ending dates in which the employee(s) is not actively working for four or more consecutive weeks.

To access the module, log into MyEnroll.com with your administrator user ID and password. After you have logged in, click on the “Compliance” tab, and then click “Educational Exception” in the left toolbar. Select the employee to whom the Educational Exception applies and add the beginning and ending dates in which the employee will not be working. Adding an Educational Exception to an employee will remove those weeks from the eligibility calculation that the employee will not be working for the given Measurement Period.
